Yesterday Lew said Adeline reminds him of himself, how she just doesn’t stop talking.

I was explaining to Adeline that a turtle at Austin’s open house had leaches, like a worm on it’s back. She said peaches?, like pick the Peach, pick the car, go. She was referring to Mario Brother’s Wii racing.

Adeline cried today because the doctor did not give her a shot. She really wanted a bandaid.

Adeline has shifted from asking and answering questions to being a conversationalist. She is able to navigate through a conversation much better and we don’t get stuck not understanding quite as often. She asks questions about what we mean and she is getting better about explaining her thoughts.
