Sledding in the yard

We went sledding tonight on the small hills near the front of our condo. We had a good time and Adeline really enjoyed it. She wore both of us out.

Last small group at Zale’s

We had our last small group with the Zales tonight. Our group was getting too large so we decided to split the group in half. Now it is just us, the Browns and the Szakolas. It is sad to think that we won’t get to see the Zale’s that much anymore.

Adeline has been very interested in helping me with whatever I am doing. Lately, she has been “helping” me with my knee exercises and talks the entire time. Sometimes it is hard to stay engaged in her constant barrage of questions, but I realize what an opportunity I have to influence her because she actually cares what I am saying and doing. I want to find ways to challenge her mind and encourage her to explore our world. I want to teach her how to create and try new things. Right now, it seems like she is a sponge and I want to find things for her to soak up.
