7am – biked 15 miles with Andy
11am – ran to the park with the girls and we walked across the flooded river a few times (Adeline held onto my hand as she swam against the current)
3pm – Sweat and swam at the Hallett’s party
7pm – Played volleyball and swam at the Zales.
10pm – Watched amateur fireworks from the Adam HS parking lot.
